The only place a see a reference to Northwood in the Buyer's Guide is:

The buyer's guide is for current (at the time of writing that is) generally available production chips. The P4c has not been generally available for some time. It was the last of the P4 northwoods.

There were both Northwood P4 and Northwood Celerons. The only difference between them was manufacturing process and clock speed.

I should have removed this from the guide. Actually it needs a major update at this moment. I hope I can do this in this month, and I'd also like to be regular again. But something is always holding me up |

Hmm, best chip Intel produced...probably the Coppermine PIII. The Tualatins were better still, but outdated by the time they were released.
