ASUS VE278Q Settings Greyed Out

Hi,

I have just bought a VE278Q and VK278Q. To my understanding, the monitors were suppose to be identical, save for the webcam on the VK model. Unfortunately, I have noticed a couple of differences, namely the VK model being noticeably brighter, and the inability to adjust settings in the VE that I can on the VK. For example, when in "Standard Mode" the VK allows me to adjust the Sharpness, while the same option in the same mode is greyed out on my VE. If anyone has any information on this, or could explain why this is, it would be greatly appreciated.
