Hello,
I have a Samsung LN-R408d. The HDMI connection came loose. The display said that the HDMI port was compromised. Is it possible to reattach or do i need another motherboard? Please help

I had the same issue about 3 months after I purchased it in 2006. As it was in warranty they came to repair and the technician told me that it was a defect with the model that Samsung were aware of and replaced it FOC. I now have the same problem again and I'm looking for the correct part to repair it. Any ideas? I see this may be the part but not sure. How did you repair?
