Recently the tv screen took on a picture from my computer's desktop and will not change from that when connected to act as a monitor.
Any suggestions?
Have unplugged, restarted...

If you only have the TV connected to the computer (no monitor connected), then it sounds like an resolution or overscan issue. If the TV is connected while the monitor is also connected, it sounds like you're in "Extended Mode" rather than "Clone Mode".

Which scenario are you in: Only the TV connected or both TV and Monitor connected?
