Hello,
White dots across the top of the screen, 2 rows of them. When you adjust the volume they get bright and then dim back down. Every video mode they show, doesn't ever change on any channel

Get a new TV your screen is going to get worse ,it's a common problem with earlier models of Sony brand models

Do you know what the part is to fix it, I can the parts for almost nothing
