In that case, it's probably your GPU (video card/chipset) that is failing.

Try checking the GPU on the other computer. If the problem persists, you'll know for sure.

I would also check to see if the PSU delivers enough power to your video card. Using a low quality, underpowered PSU can always affect the graphics card.
