Hi Tom,
I have HP-7310 All-in-one, I could not make it print so I went on the enternet unistall the software and reinstalled the software. The printer works fine, my next problem is that the 7310 will not scan, the window in the printer shows no Scan option.
When I remove the software and I had the Printer cable disconnected as instructed.

Wold you have sugestion!!!!!!
