Mouse cursor of laptop nt working

please somebody help me...i hv a new Dell laptop.....just few months back purchased...its cursor is not working with the given place in the laptop(later it was working)......now its working only with the help of adding separate mouse with the laptop...how can i again use my laptop properly....tripti

Reinstall mouse pad driver. If it is still not working, contact Dell and ask for technical support. If diagnostic shows hardware failure, backup your personal data and return laptop to Dell for repair. Better do it sooner than later. You don't want this problem left unfixed and the laptop run out of warranty.
