i forgot the HDD password ! how to reset to factory

Can't, contact the PC vendor for help.

If it's a HD password, a BIOS reset on the computer won't help.

HDD password? are you sure it's not the BIOS password?

if the latter, there are a few hardware level methods to clear the password.
