Umm where do I start. The other day I had just received a graphics card that I bought the other day. It's an Asus Silent en210. My computer is a dell inspiron 530s running windows vista x32 bit. Now the newly installed graphics card works fine . . . When it turns on that is. Every time I start my computer the screen doesn't respond. There's a 1 in 5 chance of the screen responding to the graphics card. And when I put the old graphics card in it works fine the screen turns on every time I start it up. What i'm wondering is if it's a hardware or software problem. Somebody please help me.

Yes I have the latest drivers and utilities. It works when it feels like it -_-. Damn graphics card has a mind of it's own. So it would most likely be a hardware problem no?
