I have a problem in my brothers db15 vga cable to the device's screen hp 1702 has been torn strings db 15 from the card that comes in and when you want to repair stripped of all note that the wire is connected to the opposite side of the screen within the scheme, and now I want to re-connect the wire color

Did not make sense to me, but if its the lead that's dead replace it.. if not you may be able to solder it back to the correct lead.
