I was told by HP in a letter that there is an issue with the nvidia. I have had to send this pc back at least 3 times for repair. Not including the problems I have had wit the battery pack. I was told that I would be able to get my money back for the Presario F700 or get another pc equivilant to this one. I have not heard anything else from them. I am a single mom and I cant afford to buy a new pc. I need to know who to talk to so I can retrieve what is owed to me.

If this is an actual lawsuit, the court you filed it in will have all the info. If this is just something you are dealing with HP with warranty, try contacting your local consumer rights office, the BBB, the attourney general.
