Causing extreme light bleed from every corner. Can i remove adjust or replace front bezel, also could i adjust the schrews for front bezel to even out presure? Theris no warranty anymore so i really hve nothing to lose.

If the plastic is bent, there are no adjustment screws, just the ones that hold it in place. You can try to loosen them up a bit and see if that fixes things. Thing could be snapped in place though without screws. Viera is a pretty cheap brand, may not have screws holding things in. You may also try to cut out the plastic that is bent in with a sharp hobby knife, being careful of the screen ofcourse.

Im wondering if the actual light channels got bent.if anyone knows of any videos that show exactly what the actual led channel, and setup of the components look like inside would be very helpfull. I knowing how his technology works, and seeing how they are actually setup can make a big difference.

Don't know of any off-hand but a web search should come up with a bunch of stuff.
