Hello,
For macro photography with sony hx100v how much shallow depth of field i can get, will it be matchable to DSLR camera's.

For macro photography you need a Macro lens. The depth of field is a function of the distance and the table will be displayed in the lens specs.

A DSLR with a Macro lens will give you the best performance.
