Hello, I have an old Ricoh KR-10 camera with a Tokina 50:200 lens (8200704) plus a wide angle lens. Are these manual focus lenses incompatable with all of todays DSLR cameras?

Well Tokina with Nikon mount is for certain Nikon mount.

 

And Tokina for Ricoh mount is for Ricoh only.
