You lose auto-focus while recording, but the quality is HD and looks great if you know what you're doing. Lots of commercials and TV shows are filmed with Canon's 5D Mark II.

So you can find plenty of videos with the 7d and the 5k mk2.
however, these are not point and shoot cameras and they are not point and shoot video either. The videos that look their best are planned shots by people who understand apature, DOF, focus, and "planning the shot".

Because you lose auto focus (follow or otherwise), it makes using them far more complicated. However, the results are awed.
