Hello,
i have a gateway id49co7u laptop which i brought couple days ago and strange thing i noticed that motherboard was chirping all the time and it starts to beep but the pc functions normally. i'm curious whether it's malfunctioning or it's just how it is. need serious help.

Are you sure it's the motherboard -- "chirping" is sometimes used to describe a hard drive being accessed ?

it's motherboard actually beeping not chirping
