I'm looking for a websites with refurbished goods. This website looks like it has pretty good deals. Are there other websites available that are comparable?
In most instances, the sellers hope that the products still have some service life left, and in cases where there are problems, they make it so difficult for the buyers to collect that the buyers throw up their hands and walk away.
Try eBay, CraigsList, and be careful about ALL used products before you buy.

Thanks I appreciate your advice! I am definitely hesitant about buying refurbished goods but I'm trying to save money wherever I can right now. What intrigued me to the dex site is it has a warranty offer that I don't think ebay or craigslist would have so it seems safe. I am kinda hoping someone has had experience with this site and could let me know if is legit too.
The true worth of a warranty will be exposed when you have a claim against it. Again, beware of places that sell 'refurbished' goods. Recently, I saw some refurbished RAM, and I asked how RAM is refurbished. I did not get an answer. Same with refurbished CPUs. They are really used products sold as-is.

Thanks again for the advice. I am pretty torn with what to do. I have read numerous statements where people claim that refurbished goods are better quality than brand new items because they go manually go through the product to fix it. I guess it depends on what you're buying refurbished.
Correct!
