Specifically...I have two video cameras. One is a Sony DVD-92 and the other is a Sony DCR-HC28 (tape). I've searched for a method, software, to be able to use either one as a webcam, but cant really make heads or tails of the options. I dont know if I need a "PCI video capture card", or of there is a software program available, what cables I would need, etc...etc.

If there is anyone who can do a little research for me, I would be so appreciative I would do anything to return the favor.

I do Live Cam for my website and would like to be able to use my vid camera for higher quality.
