Hey guys,

Well i have been dissuaded from purchasing any TN panel so now I am considering buying this open box S-IPS (I think that is what it is) from newegg. I do a lot of gaming but also some photoshop and Dreamweaver.

Is this a good monitor - I would rather have a 26" like this, but Ive also found a few 24" monitors that look good too......

DoubleSight DS-263N Black 26" has been deactivated, they are no longer selling that monitor at Newegg.

I would either get the HP or the Dell 24" monitors that you provided the links to.

The LG 26" monitor you linked to uses a TN panel.

I forgot to mention, the HP and the Dell both use S-PVA panel. Superior to TN panel, but slightly less color accuracy and image quality (in general) to an IPS panel. But also about half the price of an IPS panel monitor.

Alright, well I think I may just stick to the Dell as it seems like everyone is recommending it.
