I have been looking for a good 24 inch lcd with the requirements that it looks somewhat decent, is black, and rotates horizontal/vertical. The best I found is:

but it has no reviews yet and I did not see any reviews on google. Has anyone used or heard about this? If its crappy what monitor meeting my requirements would you recommend.
