I run a number of "headless" servers at my house. I do not have room for a monitor in that room, and my only spare monitor is a massive CRT that is quite difficult to move. Usually I can just SSH in to these machines, but sometimes I need to do something in the BIOS, and therefor need a display.

I want to buy a tiny display, as small as possible. It need only be capable of displaying a unix shell. Non of the servers have GUIs. I want something less than $100 if possible.

Alternatively, is there some USB device I could get for a laptop that would let me use it as a VGA display?

Thanks.
