I replaced light switch in a bedroom then went on to replace the wall outlets in room and closet. The light is working in the bedroom, however, I do not have power in any outlets and the closet light will not come on? Please help.

Ah, you wired it wrong. Not sure what help you can get on here, you need to have someone look at your wiring.

Get a qualified electrician in and he / she will fix it for you properly.

In the event of a fire your insurance company will not pay the claim if you have modified the wiring in your house and your not qualified to do so.

You also run the risk of electrocuting yourself or others ... particularly children.

A sparky will fix this for you quickly.

Employ one who is a licensed electrical contractor.
