So your Bluray player is not working then?
What version of the windows operating system are you currently using and have you tried a few different (clean) bluray disks?
You might want to consider installing a better media player software program ... VLC for instance is free, and easy to install.
Try:
1. checking the drive can be seen from the operating system ... that tells you if the physical drive is "there" as far as windows is concerned;
2. Trying a few clean bluray disks;
3. Try installing a free media player.
