My mini laptop work is limited to web surfing, email and storing photos. Is there a reliable laptop out there in the $200 to $300 range?

Laptopspark.com has a Degee I8B11D4 10.2" Netbook 1GB 160GB for $199.99 and a Degee I8B11D4 10.2" Netbook 2GB 320GB for $223.99. Are these any good?

I got a Samsung netbook. I like it a lot, but it is slow and limited. But so far has held up with lots of ues. Just looking to expand my monitor and speed things up some.
I'd like a Samsung netbook, but I also want to find a netbooks under $300.
