I have a Yamaha YC30 organ and the expression peddle quit working. Are there parts available or do I have to buy a new one?

Take it to an electronics shop that specialises in music equipment.

That model is a bit like my old Yamaha PA / Mixing desk ... well made for the time but a bit dated now.

The techy will pull the pedal apart and replace the microswitch and potentiometer if that is all that is wrong with it.

If the lever section is damaged and a simple two pack epoxi glue won't fit it then they might be able to offer a suitable replacement pedal (possibly from a different unit though).

I hope this helps.

Alternatively, contact Yamaha at their main web site (for your country) and ask if they can supply parts or a replacement pedal.

I have found Yamaha equipment to be excellent in the past - both stringed instruments, and electronic euipment (amplifiers, mixers, and KB's).

Good luck.
