Can anyone recommend me an S-IPS panel monitor for around £250 please?

 

I was thinking of getting this one below but there seems to be a panel lottery from what I've read meaning I could end up with S-PVA panel.

 

Is the lottery still going on now or will I be able to get a S-IPS panel?
