Variable DPI is a huge plus (especially in FPS when sniping, etc.), different profiles, plenty of buttons (I think 7 or 9), and it's not a purely right-handed mouse. This is probably the biggest pro for me since I'm left-handed and just about every gaming mouse is made for right-handed people.
