If my computer uses 100 watts and my lamp uses 100 watts and my heater uses 100 watts - which gives off the most heat?

All 3 give out 100 watts of heat.

However, the heater gives out more perceptible heat given the other objects attempt to stifle heat through more efficient usage of the wattage than pure heat output as well as the materials involved that transfer heat differently, the ambient space around the source and other factors.
