Craig Ellison finds Canon's A630/640 to be a nice refresh of the A620, but with a not-so-nice ISO 800 mode.

Personally I find it an ugly looking piece of equipment. It has some nice features but is not slim enough to slip in a pocket like the SD series and lacks the extras found in the S3 IS.

I am not sure I like this new design other than the improvements in resolution. I think I'll wait until they bring out a 10Mp "S4 IS" with a decent optical zoom, and then perhaps get an SD800 to stick in my coat pocket.
