Hello, I had the same problem. I called them and they gave me the number I needed. I dont think the same number works with every phone. It depends on where your phone is being used. The support number is 1-877-430-2355 than on the menu prompts press 5 and than 5 and than 2. Tell them you need your message center number then give them your phone number and the will look up the number you need. The whole thing took me like 5 min. at the most.
