ok my sis got new golf clubs from my grandparents so they said i could get anything i wanted for about $500
so i was thinking about a new laptop
if there is an amazing one for a little more i might be able to push it but i want to keep it at about that range
so i was hoping for some good suggestions with the following things in mind:
i don't really care about screen size although i would prefer it at least 15" so i can see what i am doing
i don't need a huge hard drive but i need at least 50 GB which isn't much of a restriction
i would prefer that it is light but that is not a priority
as for use i will use it for e-mail, word processing, internet and light gaming
i have a desktop that is very good so i don't need this machine to be able to handle a whole lot, just a few games for lan parties and the basics
i need one with a lan port for sure and would like wi-fi
as for battery life i don't care too much just one that will last over an hour

anyway i appreciate any help or advice
