If I wanted to get a copy of the actual texts sent to and sent out from my phone, does Verizon offer that information? The phone is in my name. I have heard many different things. One person said I would have to subpoena Verizon even though its in my name. Also someone told me that they only hold 72 hours back but anything before then isn't available. How far back could I go?
