Just a quick update. I've been using a DRU-510 for the past few weeks. It seems to be working well. The only DVDs that have not worked were DVDs that were compressed to 1 DVD-R. So far, the only media I have used is DVDPro 4x DVD-R. I have even tried burning at 4x while doing lots of tasks in the background with no problems. No problems with CD-Rs either.

I used to hate Sony and their weird proprietary formats. Now I have a Sony camcorder and DVD burner...
