Hi!

Every time when I check option "when available" under "packet data
connection" and restart my phone, phone does not register full recharge and
the info-bar for battery level does not stop refreshing. When option "when
needed" is checked under "packet data connection" this problem is not
present. I am wondering is it a software bug or something else and is there
a solution for this problem?
