Am looking for some advice/pointers on the best wireless cams out there for a simple home surveillance set up to deter a unsavoury neighbour. So far, I've checked out a few @ amazon & newegg.

The plan is to have a single, wireless cam sitting in a window looking out my rental property, watching the front yard/driveway @ nights. I want it to be able to record it's findings to video to my spare PC's HDD or a USB thumb drive about 50 ft. away in a back room. It has to have decent area coverage & picture quality. I don't need alerts, mobile functions, being able to view it online/in browsers, per say. But if it has those features, great. It just needs to record video @ night to my PC so I can review it later.

I've read in my research that the IR function of wireless cams don't do well looking out windows. The reflection off the glass hinders the video clarity. Is that about right? Also, I do have motion-sensor flood lights for the front yard, which should help the cam @ night.

FYI: I have a pretty good draft-N router so my home network coverage area & connection speed is decent. Consistently get 20+Mbps @ speedtest.net.

I'm trying to keep it under $150 out the door. Thanks in advance.
