I don't, but there is no reason that it should "hurt" them and you will save a small amount of energy.

Indeed its not needed to turn off neither your router, nor your modem. But yes, don't keep turned on your computer. Even I switch off my computer for more than an hour of not use. Bye the way, which router are you using?
