hi,i already had my broadband connected to my laptop yesterday but today when i went to put it on its not allowing me to connect, i have turned on and off the modem in the house and tried to reconnect through the wireless connect with my eircom number but its still not allowing for the conection.would be greatfull for some help...

so im guessing yor network is

modem>router>laptop?

if you plug the lappy directly into the modem can you connect?
