Reformatted drive on a Dell Optiplex GX280, and loaded XP Pro (Service pack 2). I can't connect to the web, need drivers that I can move from this machine (a HP using Win 7) to that one, on flash drive or CD. Help. Dell site had me running around in circles.

The Dell site is not THAT hard to use ;)

Try this link to the Broadcom driver.

If it's not that hard to use, why then do I get these errors? I select the files, then select download, then am informed that I haven;t selected any files. When I add them to a "Download list," and attempt to download this list, I still get the same msg. And I agree, it shouldn't be that hard to use.

I always download Dell drivers one at a time.
