Anyone Please Help Me

So I am using Opera, because I have always used IE9 and I wanted to try something new. I downloaded this extension that evaluates the internet and sees what I can do to fix it. Can anyone help me fix my internet so it can be faster? I will post a photo of what is says. How do you post a picture?
