Hi guys I'm going over my notes and I can't find a question to this answer

A router has two network interfaces, each connected to a different subnet. When configuring the default gateway value on a host, which IP address would you use?

could someone explain this

Thanks

I'm thinking a Host being a system being setup with a static IP address, or a DHCP value. Essentially, what IP address do you point a system to for network access.

hosts are the computers in a network group.

You would use the IP of the router's interface that is on the same subnet as the host.
