hi guys

iam about o buy a RJ45 cable

can you advice how to chose?

although it seems as simple cable , i see theres a bit spec' which can effect its erformance & speed.

what is shielded & unsheldied??

is there cable's which specfied for diffrent speeds like: 10/100/100 mbps??

what material should it be (i read something about coper but not sure)

is there standard's , recommand??

It depends on what you are doing with it. If you running it in the wall or a long distance I would say go with shielded. Otherwise, an non-shielded cable will be fine. The shielding is put their to cancel out interference from other devices interfering with the cable.
