Yahoo! disclosed to the Chinese authorities the name of a user of their
service of mail, the journalist Shi Tao, guilty of the diffusion to
foreigners of a document of the Chinese authorities which forbidden the
commemoration of the massacre of Tiananmen. As consequence of the decision
taken by Yahoo! the journalist has been sentenced by 10 years of
