My GPU fan TOO loud!

In order to use DDR3 ram (because it is cheaper than my current ram DDR2), I buy a budget AMD motherboard N68-VS3 UCC with Athlon II x4 640. And of course Kingston 4GB DDR3 1333Mhz.

My PC specs:

Motherboard : ASRock N68-VS3 UCC
RAM : Kingston 4GB DDR3 1333MHz
Processor : Athlon II X4 640 3.0Ghz
CPU Cooler : Cooler Master Hyper TX3 (both fans installed)
GPU : XFX ATI HD6770 1GB GDDR5

Before I replace the all the new hardware, the GPU fan and also the CPU cooler fan spinned more quite. After I replace with the new hardware, the fans started to spins very fast and loud especially the GPU. The GPU fan extremely VERY loud when I boot up the pc. For the CPU cooler fan, I tried to use the stock cooler, but still same, the fan still spin very fast and a bit more loud than my current specs. I still can accept the CPU cooler fan sound from the Hyper TX3, but the sound from my GPU fan cannot be accepted. How do I solve this?

I have uploaded a video to youtube how strong the sound from the GPU fan when my pc boot up. But, need to wait a couple days to be approved, so, once it got approved, i'll give the link.

Another question, what is the meaning of "4-pin CPU fan"? In the ASrock bios, it has been disabled. See picture below.

So, in order to enable it, what should I do?

You can use software (try MSI afterburner) to control the GPU fan speed. 4 pin means the motherboard can read the speed of the fan and control it. (3 pin just lets you read the speed and 2 pin just makes the fan spin)

Does your CPU fan run now? If so don't change anything. On your mother board there are places you can plug your CPU fan and case fan's in. Some connectors have 3 pin and 4 pin. your CPU cooler most of the time is a 4 pin.

If it is already pluged in then don't worry about it. Here is the link to MSI Afterburner. You can controll the fan with this program. In settings you can set the speed so as to when your temps go up so does your fan.

Also you can monitor your temps and your frame rates. And if your are into over clocking you can use it to do that. I hope everything works out for you. Good luck

You will only be able to change the behavior with BIOS editing, but I would not recommend that. Just deal with the loud fan until windows starts and a program can slow it down.
