In my pc I have a PowerColor Radeon 7950 and for displays I have an ASUS VH242H & Samsung 2030NW. The video card has DVI, HDMI, 2x mini hdmi. My Asus monitor, which is my main monitor allows DVI, HDMI or VGA input. The Samsung is VGA only. I want to connect them both but when I connect my main monitor via HDMI have to turn the resolution down and the only way I've connected my secondary monitor is to downstep the DVI output to VGA via a connector. Is there any way to run my VGA output from one of the HDMI outs or is it time to upgrade that second monitor? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

if you are trying to run a single desktop with the two monitors you'll have to use the resolution of the smallest monitor, if you just connect a second monitor it will run at the native resolution
