I'm buying from Amazon and shipping to NZ do you recommend this... I was going to buy the PSU locally (plug) but the price is insane!

Ok:
Corsair 600 Watt
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B [...] PDKIKX0DER
Seagate 500GB 7200RPM
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B [...] VCSO4PYH3S
Gigabyte P67 LGA1155
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B [...] 9W3053T57N
NZXT M59 Classic
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B [...] PDKIKX0DER
Corsair 8GB Vengeance RAM
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B [...] PDKIKX0DER
i5-2500k
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B [...] PDKIKX0DER
EVGA 560TI
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B [...] PDKIKX0DER
ASUS x24 CD/DVD
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B [...] PDKIKX0DER

And of course Windows Home Premium but will a used Windows Professional OEM work???

BTW All of these need to have International Shipping which I have checked... Should I buy the case here (far more costly)??
I will be buying middle of March... I am looking at getting a 20" monitor anyone know anywhere good???

Looks pretty good, my main suggestions would be this:

- Drop the RAM to 8GB and swap it with this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6820148544

- Hitachi HDs are terrible, get this instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6822148701

- With the money you save on RAM you might want to get this for your motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813128498

And then the last thing I'd suggest is adding an aftermarket cooler - something like the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6835103099

Other than that most of what you have picked out is really good.

Ok I have switched HDs.
One question, the seller I choose says "Expedited Shipping Available" but the product still says it can only be shipped within the US. So will it be shippable to New Zealand??
I couldn't find that RAM on Amazon so I selected a single 8GB stick of Corsair Vengeance.
And I switched Mobos, it is actually $20 cheaper :D. Looks very nice, and it goes well with my case (black).

Update: Switched back Mobo, no international shipping :(.

Can anyone else see any issues??

No - do not get a single 8GB chip - most Z68 motherboards won't recognize a single 8GB chip - you need 2 x 4GB in order for a dual channel system to properly function.
