hi, tiger direct has a m4 256 gb ssd for 319 dollars. wanted to know if this was a good buy/ssd. I had planed to wait until i got my new computer (ivy+sata3) but after reading the differences between sata 2 and sata 3 in every day use i thought i would go ahead and buy the ssd now. I know Samsung and crucial and intel are all great manufacturers but I wanted second opinions. samsungs ssds have went up in price sadly.. they were 359 but are now 400 and no way i can get an intel 520 =(

Yes $319 is a good deal on that m4.

Corsair Force Series GT CSSD-F240GBGT-BK 2.5" 240GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
$349.99 and a $40 rebate makes it $309.99

You can get this one at Newegg for $10 less because of a $40 rebate and the 240gb is just as good as the 256gb and faster. Corsair rebates are the fastest I have ever seen , I bought a 180gb that had a $40 rebate and it took only 3-4 weeks for the rebate.
