Overclocking my new rig, long term

Hello everyone. I just purchased a new rig and I want to overclock it. The catch is the new rig has to last me 4-5 years so I need to go for an overclock that will give me longevity with my hardware, but also the best performance I can squeeze out of it. So here is my hardware:

Intel Core i5-2500K in a Gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3 motherboard cooled by a Corsair H60. What would be a safe overclock to aim for that would give my processor and motherboard longevity (4-5 years) but give me the best performance?

I also have an MSI GeForce GTX560 Ti 448 cores 1280MB PE/OC Edition that I would overclock. I know the card is capable, but again what would be a good speed to aim for to give me longevity but good performance?

4 to 4.2 ghz will be a breeze and will last forever just do it with the lowest volts you can and you will never have issues.

You can go up 4.7 GHZ Vcore 1.35V , for the video card MSI GeForce GTX560 Ti 448, you can use MSI Afterburner software to overclock it. But be aware of the temperatures of the CPU cores and the Video card. You can use CPU-Z and H/W Monitor to monitor the entire system.
