I'm putting my first build but purchasing a temporary processor until Ivy Bridge comes out. I'm purchasing a i3 2120, for a gaming rig. I'm not going to overclock, can I just use the cooler that it comes with or do I still need to buy...say a Cooler Master 212 EVO? Thanks for replies.

i3 2120 can't be overclock, so just use the stock cooler that comes with the CPU.

Just use the stock cooler :)

You really only need an after market cooler if you are going to overclock.

You don't need one.
