Hello,
Black boxes sometimes appear on my primary monitor (Dell E17OS) in a multi monitor display setup (secondary 2209WA Dell extended display area and designated for tv card output). This system is a Dell Optiplex 360, XP SP3, 2GB Ram, E7300, ATI Radeon 3450 feeding the 17" monitor across a 25' vga cable and the 22" across a 5M DVI cable. I know cables are long, but these are physical requirements of the system layout. I have replaced the 17" monitor and the video card. Problem was gone, then reappears randomly. I built two of this exact systems; the other is flawless after 2 1/2 years? Any ideas?
